That’s why I believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns and Refunds
RachelElizabeth Vintage cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time.
Antique/Vintage items will have slight imperfections and characteristics that are appropriate for their age. Some items are fragile. Please look over the listing description, photos and ask any questions before your purchase.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via USPS.
You can choose from First Class or Priority Package. Priority includes insurance. Items will be mailed 1-3 business days after purchase. You will receive shipping confirmation in your email containing a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Once your package is with USPS it is no longer the responsibility of the shop. If you haven't received your package or are wondering its location, please contact your local post office. RachelElizabeth Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
